Statutory VAT is included in the rates; the CityTax of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg is not included and will be charged additionally.
Rates may vary during trade fairs, public holidays, and high season periods.
Payment Terms for Short Stays up to 28 Nights
The agreed total amount must be paid in full and without deduction no later than 20 days prior to arrival.
Payment Terms for Long-Term Stays from 29 Nights
For stays of 29 nights or more, the first month’s rent as well as a security deposit of EUR 500.00 must be paid no later than 20 days prior to arrival.
Subsequent rent payments are due monthly in advance.
The security deposit will be refunded after the apartment has been duly vacated in accordance with Section 546 of the German Civil Code (BGB), less any claims the landlord may have arising from the rental agreement.
Company Payment Arrangements
Payment guarantees on official company letterhead may be accepted subject to prior agreement.
In such cases, invoicing will be carried out monthly in advance, and payment must be made by the stated due date.
