All monthly rates are all-inclusive and cover the additional costs included in the basic package. Additional services (e.g. extra cleaning or equipment) can be booked on site for an additional charge. No city tax applies.

 

Apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of one month and a maximum stay of six months. Arrivals and departures during an ongoing calendar month are possible; in this case, the monthly rate will be calculated proportionally according to the length of stay.

 

For stays of several months, payment is made in monthly instalments rather than the full amount being due before arrival. Each instalment must be paid in advance by the third working day of the respective calendar month.

 

Additional equipment options can be requested at the reception for a fee or deposit. Payment is accepted exclusively by cashless methods.
