* The prices quoted are minimum prices and apply per night per apartment for single occupancy. For double occupancy, a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per night will be charged, including VAT and excluding the broadcasting license fee. Prices may vary during trade fairs, public holidays, and high season.
For stays of up to 28 nights, the total amount must be paid upon arrival at the latest and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking. For stays of 29 nights or more, the first month's rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid five days before arrival. For stays of several months, the first month's rent is due upon arrival, with further payments made monthly in advance. Cost coverage statements on the letterhead of the booking company can be accepted by prior arrangement and with payment made monthly in advance.
