About the accommodation

The future is now - since January 1, 2025, another my MINGA Hotel & serviced Apartments property has opened at the Hallbergmoos Business Park - in the immediate vicinity (distance 4 km) of Munich Airport (MUC-Airport Franz Josef Strauss) with 82 apartments in 4 different categories, designed for double room bookers (such as families) and single travelers.

All apartments are ideally suited for both short-term stays and long stays (long stay rates are available for stays of 28 nights or more). From June 2025, all remaining apartments and therefore the whole house will be air-conditioned, have a small kitchen with grill-microwave, kettle, fridge incl. freezer compartment and appropriate equipment with cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups and plates.

The feel-good beds with a lying surface of 90x200 cm each, free high-speed WLAN, 2x bottles of mineral water, but also flat-screen TV, luggage rack, sufficient storage space and a bathroom with walk-in shower, soap and shower gel, fluffy terry towels and shower towels as well as hair dryer round off the complete equipment.

Every day from 07.00 - 10.30 a.m. you will find homemade Bavarian pretzels and French croissants in the community area, including a Dallmayr coffee & tea specialty station; this service is free of charge for all guests. A large drinks station with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks rounds off the offer.

Our partner WeWash provides guests with a 24/7 washing machine and dryer service on the 2nd floor of the hotel for a fee. Quick, easy and convenient to use by downloading the WeWash app.

Parking is available in the underground garage (for a fee).

Other my MINGA hotels & serviced apartments are located in the center of Munich, approx. 40 km away and are easily accessible by airport S-Bahn or by car.

You can also reach all interesting locations such as the Allianz Arena (distance 28 km / Olympic grounds 35 km / ICM - International Congress Center and exhibition grounds 30 km / Theresienwiese-Oktoberfest Area 40 km) and many other sports and cultural venues that the state capital of Munich has to offer.
