Shorter stays, but not less than 1 week, are possible on request and subject to availability.
Before arrival, a deposit of 2 months´ rent is to be paid by bank transfer (in exceptional cases in cash directly on arrival in the case of short-notice arrivals). This will be refunded after proper departure. Payment can be done by bank transfer in advance or in cash upon arrival. Payment by credit card is not possible.
The 1-bedroom-apartments are within walking distance of the main house. Here, renting is only possible by calendar month (1st to 30th or 31st of a month).
A separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed.
