Originally built at the turn of the 20th century, the building on Grünberger Straße 54 has been fully renovated and now boasts a contemporary industrial look. This area is one of the trendiest in Berlin, known for its urban culture, creative energy, and lively dining scene. Guests can reach both the East Side Gallery and the Spree in under 25 minutes on foot, and Alexanderplatz is just a 20-minute ride away by public transport. Additionally, Berlin Central Station (7 km) and BER Airport (24 km) are well connected.
Numa Sketch offers a fully digital stay experience. The entire check-in and check-out process is contactless, handled via a digital link sent with the booking confirmation. On the day of arrival, guests receive their personal access code via app, SMS, or email. A 24/7 contact service is available throughout the stay to swiftly address any questions or concerns.
Numa accommodations feature three types of apartments to suit different needs:
- Medium Studio with 20 m² for up to two people
- Large Studio with 34 m² and a sofa bed for up to four people
- 1-Bedroom Unit with 49 m² and a sofa bed for up to six people
All Numa Sketch Rooms are non-smoking and come equipped with a kitchenette, which includes two hot plates, a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and dish towels. The living area features a desk, dining table, and safe, making it ideal for both short and long stays.
Guests will appreciate the convenience of complimentary access to the communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Ironing facilities are also available. A shared kitchen offers added flexibility, particularly for longer stays or group travel.
