Prices may vary depending on demand, season, public holidays, or trade fairs.

For all bookings, regardless of the length of stay, the full amount must be transferred no later than seven days before arrival. For stays under 30 nights, a valid credit card is also required as a security deposit in case of potential damages.

For stays of 30 nights or more, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required in addition to the first month's rent. Both must be paid no later than seven days before arrival. Subsequent payments are due monthly in advance.

A short-term accommodation agreement will be issued for all stays of 30 nights or more.

Company payment guarantees (Kostenübernahmeerklärungen) can only be accepted after prior agreement and not for initial bookings.

In certain cases, a landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) can be provided for stays of 30 nights or more. However, there is no entitlement to this.

The maximum length of stay is just under six months.

The Carlotta Apartments on Pestalozzistraße in Berlin-Charlottenburg offer modern, high-quality apartments for longer stays in the capital. The centrally located residential units feature spacious floor plans ranging from 32 to 240 m², plenty of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, and some with large loggias overlooking the quiet inner courtyard – ideal for a relaxing stay in the big city. The apartments were designed by the award-winning Berlin architectural firm Grüntuch-Ernst and combine stylish design with a high level of living comfort.

The apartments are available in various categories: from Studio 32 to a three-room penthouse for up to four guests. All apartments are functional, modern and brightly furnished, some with spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens and hypoallergenic bedding.
