Since 12 January 2023 our website www.apartmentservice.de presents itself in new splendour! We are very happy about the fresh design and the many new features, which we would like to present in the following.
The search bar is still at the top of the homepage. The list of top cities has been extended to include other popular destinations. New country pages for Germany, Austria and Switzerland have also been added. On these pages, all cities are listed in which Apartmentservice currently offers serviced apartments of its partners. From here, one click will take you directly to the desired city. These lists will be constantly updated as our portfolio expands.
At the heart of the new portal are the completely redesigned and revised property entries. The search function takes users either to the requested city or hit lists and from there to the individual serviced apartment properties, or they can select them directly.
According to the saying "A picture is worth a thousand words", the portal entry of an accommodation now first presents photos. This is followed by a rate table in which all apartment categories and bookable periods are listed. Subsequently, the individual apartment categories are presented in detail and supplemented with category-specific photos.
The information about the property includes a description of the accommodation, the opening hours of the reception and all information about digital check-in. In addition to range of services offered and the property amenities, the sustainability section is completely new. Here, serviced apartment operators can present their efforts in the areas of catering, water & cleaning, waste management, mobility, energy and biodiversity in detail.
The portal entry is rounded off with information on booking, cancellation and payment conditions, a map view and distance information to the airport, bus stop or town centre.
The property management database was completely rebuilt as part of the relaunch and thus offers potential for expansion in the future. From now on, the portal entries will be managed and updated by our partners themselves. This means that we are able to list new serviced apartment even faster in the future.
