Cancellation policy

For stays from 1 to 6 nights, a free cancellation is possible up to 2 days before arrival. In case of later cancellations or no-show, 80 % of the total value of the booked services will be charged. In case of earlier departure, up to 100 % of the booked stay will be charged.

Stays of 7 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.

In case of later cancellations or in case of no-show, 80 % of the total value of the booked services will be charged. If, in case of an earlier departure, the stay is shortened below the agreed minimum stay, the rate will be increased retroactively.

Stays of 2 months or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the date of arrival. In case of later cancellation or in case of no-show, 80 % of the total value of the booked services will be charged. In case of early departure, the cancellation must be made in writing 30 days in advance. If this is not done, the total value of the booked stay will be charged.

If the agreed minimum stay is not observed, the rate will be increased retroactively.

Cancellations and changes must be made in writing.
