A surcharge of EUR 5.00 per night applies for a second person. The Frankfurt tourism fee of EUR 2.00 per person per day is charged additionally for tourist stays. Business stays are exempt from this with appropriate proof in advance.
Declarations of cost absorption can be accepted by prior arrangement with the indication of a credit card. The invoice amount will then be charged to this credit card in advance.
For stays of 90 nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site if required. For shorter stays, this must be agreed in advance.
Due to the current situation, breakfast is only offered in two To Go packages (EUR 5.00-8.00). This must be announced at the reception the evening before.

General cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge is possible until 14 days prior to arrival. For later cancellations and also for no-shows, the first 14 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee for bookings up to 59 nights and the first 28 nights for bookings of 60 nights or more. An earlier departure must be announced at least 3 days in advance. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.
