* These prices are minimum rates and apply per night per apartment for single occupancy. They include statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. For additional guests EUR 30.00 per night per person will be charged. Prices may vary during trade fairs, events and high season periods. For stays of up to 6 nights, daily apartment cleaning with chage of towels is included. For stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning with change of towels takes place once a week. Bed linen is changed every fortnightly.
A landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued for stays of 14 nights or more. A processing fee of EUR 15.00 will be charged. When registering with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guest.
