What is the location like?

  •   downtown, but quiet with good local amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.)
  •   reasonable distance to the place of work
  •   convenient connection to public transport or, if arriving by car, inexpensive parking space
  •   nearby facilities for leisure activities, e.g. yoga studio, swimming pool, park
  •   if staying with children - proximity to schools, playgrounds, etc.

What about size, facilities & quality?

  •   size dependent on number of people and length of stay, e.g. commuter staying only 3-4 nights per week in apartment or permanent guest?
  •   functional separation of living and sleeping area
