New Brera in Singen

Brera Serviced Apartments is now also present on Lake Constance for the first time. The new building is located in the very south-west of Germany on the Swiss border and on the Hohentwiel - a volcano, as they say, with a fortress and the highest vineyard in Germany. The Nestlé Group is located nearby and approached property owner Monika Büttner a few years ago with the idea of creating serviced flats here for the Group's employees and other companies.

The 18 to 37 square metre one-bedroom flats offer living, sleeping and working areas and, as befits serviced flats, a fully equipped kitchen. There are also washing machines and dryers in the building - and of course the typical Brera salon as a communal room with plenty of space for working and relaxing.
