About the accommodation

The modernly furnished apartments can be found directly at Rosenthaler Platz in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. In 2019, the apartment house with 75 serviced apartments was opened. The apartments are between 25-55 square metres in size, modernly furnished and some offer a balcony or terrace. An underground parking space can be booked as an option. The district of Prenzlauer Berg is characterized by old buildings, some of them are dated back to the 20th century. In Berlin Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg there are more than 3000 listed buildings. A variety of bars and restaurants, shopping, cinema, theatre, individual shops are in immediate vicinity. The Kastanienallee, Kollwitz - and Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz are also within walking distance. The first former water tower in Berlin, built around 1877, a landmark of Prenzlauer Berg, is located on the corner of Ryke – Knaackstrasse. The Gethsemane Church, the Blessing Church and the Immanuel Church are definitely worth a visit.
