General cancellation policy

Stays of up to 27 nights cannot be cancelled free of charge once the booking has been made. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50 % of the booked services will be charged, in the event of later cancellation, no-show or earlier departure, 100 % of the booked period.
Stays of 28 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Thereafter and in case of no-show, 100 % of the first 14 nights will be charged for bookings up to 59 nights and 100 % of the first 28 nights will be charged for bookings of 60 nights or more. In the event of an earlier departure, up to 100 % of the booked services will be charged.
