General cancellation policy

Free cancellation is possible until 14 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show 90 % of the booked services will be charged. After reaching the minimum stay an earlier departure can take place free of charge, if announced at least 14 days in advance. If the minimum stay is not reached, the rate will increase retroactively.
