The city tax of 7.5 % of the overnight price for private stays is not included and will be charged separately.

For long-term stays, double occupancy is only possible in 1-bedroom-apartments. A surcharge of EUR 220.00 per month will be charged for this. For short-term family visits, each additional person will be charged EUR 25.00 per night.

If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence („WGB“) can be issued upon arrival.

Payment with EC- or credit card is not possible there.

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer in advance.

Upon arrival a deposit of EUR 100.00 has to be paid in cash and will be refunded upon departure.

About the accommodation

Boarding-Potsdam is an oasis in the middle of the bustling city of Potsdam, surrounded by Schloss Sanssouci with its large parks, the Russian colony Alexandrowka, Schloss Cecilienhof and the Park am Heiligen See, Holländerviertel and pedestrian zone within walking distance of 5-10 minutes. Boarding-Potsdam is not only an oasis because of the green inner courtyard and the adjoining allotment garden directly opposite the imposing town hall building, but also because of the enormous peace and quiet in the apartments as well as in the outside area of the ensemble. After work or on weekends, many restaurants and cafés in Potsdam´s city centre are within easy walking distance. Boarding-Potsdam is the ideal home for long-term guests who want to feel at home, relax and enjoy their stay in a special location and cultivated ambience. The studios and 2-room-apartments with a size between 36 sq. m. and 46 sq. m. are modern, smart and comfortably furnished with a touch of cosiness. In the warmer seasons there is an outdoor sitting area under a large trumpet tree in the courtyard. With a drink you can relax perfectly and ring in the evening or you enjoy here a cosy grill evening, the necessary utensils are present. In the basement there is a washing machine including washing powder, dryer and ironing station free of charge for the guests of the house. Limited parking is available for a fee. Bicycles can also be hired. Due to the very good connection to public transport, guests of the Boarding-Potsdam are not dependent on a car. The nearest bus and tram stop is only 2 minutes walk from the there.
