The hard facts are: Established for 7 years, with 99% repeat recommendations and 70% regular guests. But for the smile on a guest's face when we address him with his name and "welcome back" on his second stay after 1 month, the award should go to the Adapt Apartments.

The Adapt Apartments in Berlin-Adlershof consist of 189 apartments in 6 campus-like buildings. The spacious apartments vary from 35 m² to 80 m² - each with a garden terrace, a balcony or its own roof terrace. In addition, an approx. 80 m² roof terrace in our main building, which is accessible at all times, helps our guests to relax.

Our team consists of people from different fields, such as the real estate industry, cleaning, the hotel industry and career changers. We like to build personal relationships with our guests and also like to laugh together - that's how our guests feel at home.

With the conscious renunciation of uniforms as mandatory in hotels, we want to create a relaxed atmosphere for our guests, give our team the freedom and underline our family philosophy.

Our Apart'hotel was completely redesigned in 2018. We have brought the urban green of Munich into our premises, so that our guests not only feel comfortable - like in their own four walls - but also feel part of the Bavarian metropolis ("live like a local").

146 newly designed studios and apartments with up to two bedrooms, a multifunctional co-living area and charging stations for e-cars are only part of the completed "refreshment cure": After a six-month conversion phase in 2018, during which both the room units and the public areas were completely redesigned, we now present ourselves as an attractive Apart'hotel in a new design. Located in Munich's city centre, only ten minutes from the main railway station, our hotel offers maximum privacy and flexibility - for business and leisure travellers alike.
Our guests appreciate the comforts they have also at home, such as our fully equipped kitchen. The tram stop directly in front of the door offers excellent public transport connections. We like to leave our guest with a smile on their faces, for example by giving them a little surprise on their birthday.

The Felix is the central hub: the reception for the Felix Suites is located on the 6th floor above the roofs of Leipzig. This is where the concierge sits, providing advice and assistance to all users of the hotel. Who came up with the glorious idea of creating an apartment house from a former courthouse?
WE! The my4walls Serviced Apartments. We have created a symbiosis between two opposites that could not be more contradictory.
 
A historical listed building in the straightforward architectural design of the 60s; with a cosy atmosphere, furnished with great attention to detail. The versatility of a great team aligned with numerous special offers, all supplement the breathtaking view over Hamburg - spread across its 13 floors.

Just as the building is supported on stilts, so are our employees the basis for its success. This is already reflected in the positive guest reviews as well as in the numerous returning guests.

Authentic staff, who all contribute in their own way to the house and its guests. Good humoured colleagues who make the grumpiest morning grouch smile; cool guys who have already tried the latest trend, even though nobody knows it yet.

The change of times is carried out differently in my4walls - from prison to kitchen; in the wild 60s, where once shady figures were held in custody, today our guests can get creative in the open kitchen. In the former courtroom, where criminals perspired in front of the judge, today guests can create their own form of perspiration on the treadmill in the gym flooded with natural light or enjoy themselves in the “living room“ with a game of pool.

PhilsPlace Full-Service Apartments Vienna opened in July 2018 in a revitalized architectural icon. The architect Karl Schwanzer (e.g. BM building Munich) created a landmark in the early 60s with the striking building at the southern gateway to Vienna. 6847 Real Estate Investors and the Sans Souci Group have created a Vertical Village - Supermarket, Fitness Studio, Vapiano (with breakfast) and the Serviced Apartments - and breathed new life into the former "PHILIPS House". PhilsPlace has a very simple and friendly vision and mission at the same time: easy - cosy - cool. These three slogans are our "guideline" and are reflected in the furnishings and in all our touchpoints with the guest. Our guests can expect a very simple booking process (high degree of digitalisation, also self-check-in), well thought-out - but very simple technology in the apartments, unbelievable views into the green south or over the whole city, quiet anonymity or colourful hustle and bustle in the house - depending on their wishes. In addition, there are cooperations with other tradespeople, such as training for EUR 5 per day in the over 2,000 m2 McFit or room service from Vapiano.

Opened in 2018, the new house ideally combines the amenities of an upscale apartment building with the services of a well-functioning hotel. The long-stay guest will find perfect facilities and can use all hotel services at the same time.

We offer our guests a high functionality in the equipment and with 40 to 57 square meters per unit a lot of space. The one- or two-bedroom apartments, optionally with their own terrace, are equipped with oversized beds and a 43 inch LED television per room. All important details for a long-term stay, such as a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a separate wardrobe and a safe are available. In the two-bedroom apartments, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, which are always located separately in all units. The apartment building is connected to the hotel but is a separate part of the building with its own entrance. There is a fully equipped laundry and drying room, free e-car charging stations and a bicycle room with rental bicycles. Long-Stay guests are invited to breakfast once a week and get a 20% discount on our 24-hour snack bar. Fresh rolls are brought to the door. The house is located not far from the historic old town, has very good transport connections and many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. There are 90 parking spaces in the inner courtyard. A cordial service and the always open ear of our employees for every wish of our guests make every stay something special. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge in their parents' room. The entire house is barrier-free. Dogs are welcome at any time and without surcharge!
