On 22 and 23 November 2017, Berlin-based industry pioneer Apartmentservice brought together 200 participants as well as 24 speakers and panelists for the fifth time at the annual SO!APART conference in the capital of Berlin for professional development, exchange and discussion. The conference for the constantly growing segment of serviced apartments has established itself as an industry meeting place for the entire German-speaking region and in 2017, with its programme and accompanying exhibition,


also brought the topics to the fore that drive the players in this highly dynamic segment. Under the motto "Serviced Apartments – (Not) A Sure-Fire Success? Creating, Preserving and Developing Values" the eagerly awaited co-creation project "Apartment of the Future" was presented. At the evening gala the constructive togetherness, the winners of the coveted SO!APART-Awards 2017 and the 5th anniversary were celebrated together with the symposium.
