* The rates quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per month per apartment for single occupancy and include statutory VAT and incidental costs. The broadcasting fee must be paid additionally by the residents. For a second person there is an extra charge of EUR 100.00 per month.
Rental contracts are concluded for a maximum of 6 months. The apartment rent is payable monthly in advance. Renting starts usually from the 1st of the month. Deviating stays must be agreed upon in advance.
There is no apartment cleaning during the stay and it cannot be booked additionally. There are no TV sets in the apartments.

The nearest tram stop is within walking distance, from here you can reach the city centre in about 7 minutes. In addition, various bus lines take you to most of the city´s sights. If you prefer to walk this is not a problem either, because BaseCamp Leipzig is in the centre of the action. BaseCamp Leipzig´s 385 private rooms and apartments feature designer furniture, private bathrooms and partly small kitchenettes. But it doesn´t stop there. Whether you want to study, get in shape or relax, BaseCamp takes care of you all around. The public areas in this house include study rooms, a gym, a movie theatre, a club and a sports terrace.
