You can choose from ten different room categories for your stay. These vary in terms of size, facilities and number of guests. The one-room apartments in the Wind 2, Water 2, Earth 2 and Fire 2 categories are ideal for a maximum of two people. The one- and two-room apartments – Wind 4, Earth 4, Fire 3 and Fire 4 – offer between 44 m² and 93 m² of space, accommodating three or four people respectively. The Fire 6 apartment, with an area of 106 m² spread over two rooms, offers ample space for up to six people.

All apartments feature modern and well-thought-out furnishings and design. The one-room apartments have a combined sleeping and dining area, whilst the two-room apartments are equipped with a separate kitchen. The integrated, modern kitchen provides everything you need for your daily requirements as well as for relaxing evenings spent cooking. The open-plan kitchen also features two hobs, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. The facilities in the individual apartments vary depending on the category; for example, the two-room apartments and the ‘Water 2 Persons II’ apartment have a separate kitchen with additional hobs and an oven. In the living area, all apartments are fitted with parquet flooring and a desk. Some room categories, such as the Wind 4, the Water 2 Persons II, the Earth 2, the Fire 2 and the Fire 6, also feature a sofa bed and/or, in some cases, a balcony. Depending on the category and number of guests, the rooms are fitted with a fold-out wall bed, a 1.80 m wide double bed, or both. All sleeping arrangements guarantee you a wonderful and restful night’s sleep during your stay. The separate bathroom with shower and hairdryer perfectly rounds off the room’s facilities. A smart TV, a radio and free Wi-Fi are available for cosy film nights and daily entertainment.

As well as its modern room facilities, Ku’damm 69 also impresses with its extensive range of services. For example, the apartment building offers its guests the use of washing machines and tumble dryers for a small fee. This service proves particularly valuable during longer stays. The quiet and accessible courtyard apartments are also all fitted with private letterboxes and doorbells with intercom systems.
