The mentioned rates are indicative only. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy, including the statutory VAT. There will be a supplement for a second guest of EUR 10.00 per night. During trade fair and event periods higher rates may apply. For stays up to 29 nights a daily apartment cleaning, change of linen and towels twice a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 30 nights a weekly cleaning is included, the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 70.00. There is a deposit of EUR 500.00 required payable in advance or upon arrival.In case of a booking by a German company with a declaration to bear the costs the apartment house may abstain from the deposit.

General cancellation policy

For stays up to 29 nights a cancellation free of charge is possible until 6 p. m. on arrival day. In case of a later cancellation, no-show or an earlier departure 90 % of the total amount will be charged. For stays as of 30 nights a cancellation free of charge is possible until 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation, no-show or an earlier departure 90 % of the total amount will be charged.

    Location was good, the staff and facilities were great! Stayed in an apartment with my 15-month old son. He simply loved the spacious room, he was running like mad each evening we spent in the hotel.

    Our room had a double bed but just a one persons sheet. We found that out when we went to sleap. First we thought we could manage to sleep under a one persons blanket with 2 persons. We did not one to interupt or complain so tryed our best. But during the night we just could not sleep because on the super small size of the sheet. It was 40cm smaller than the bed, so imagine how it felt sleeping with 2 persons under it. I dressed and went downstairs, at 3:30 in the night, the person at the reception said I should have come earlier because he was alone.... nothing about ‘I am so sorry your room was prepaired for one person’. Also there was just one pair of towels, so it must have been a mistake. Mistakes happen, but I can tell you it was an terrible night because of the one persons sheet! This was not the only problem... when we wanted to cook we could not get the cooking plat working. We followed the instructions but he did not start heating. So we went downstairs and asked. They told us there was no tecnical person who could fix it, and there was no other room available, so they asked us if we wanted to prepaire something in the kitchen downstairs. That was friendly! The day after we went to the reception to see if someone could help us with the cooking fire. The could change our room... the person was very friendly, but anyways it was a ‘trouble day’ for us because we had to pack our personal belongings to move to another room and lost almost 2 hours because of this whole event. We had to be at the Messenstad Ost at 9:00 but arrived at 11:00... so that was a bit a problem! When we came back we got a new room. The staff was telling us that the fire in our old room apeared to be not broken at all but that you had to put a pan on it before turning it on. It was the first time I heared something like that! It was not written on the instructions at all and the staff did not now it eather. So we had to move to another room and pack our stuff for no reason... if someone could have told us the ‘trick’ how to use this fire we did not have to move all our stuff.... all in all the staff was friendly (specially the man in the morning!) but they should have come with us to the room before changing rooms and so on. Please add to the instructions that you first have to put a pan on the fore before turning it on! Or maybe nobody is using this kitchen... it is to small for cooking in fact.... please add to the booking.com website that this room does not have place to cook your meal but just ONE cooking plate to heat some prepaired food ir so, and that there is no place to cut your veggies or do the diches. It would protect people from being very disapointed!!

    Super stay, it is a little bit far from the centre and the station, about 15 min walk with children. But the tram takes 20 min and is close also Uber is 12 euro into centre
