The prices quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single and double occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the Vienna city tax. Payment is possible by credit card. For stays up to 27 nights a deposit of 25 % of the total reservation will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. If you book less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival/check-in. For stays from 28 nights a deposit of 25 % of the total reservation will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 7 days in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival/check-in. For stays of serveral months further payment is due monthly in advance. Maximum stay is 1 year.

General cancellation policy

For stays up to 27 nights a cancellation will be possible free of charge until 3 days prior to arrival. Afterwards the deposit of 25 % will be handled as late cancellation fee. After arrival, an earlier departure is possible if this is announced at least 3 days in advance. If less than 72 hours notice is given, the remaining nights of the originally booked stay will be charged at 25 %. Stays from 28 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. Afterwards the deposit of 25 % will be handle das late cancellation fee. IN case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show the first 7 nights will be charged additionally. After arrival, an earlier departure is possible if this is announced at least 7 days in advance. If less than 7 days notice is given, the remaining nights of the originally booked stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be charged.
