Should you ever feel the need for more space or plan a "long stay", the 46 sq. m. V10-Serviced-Apartments offer the opportunity to do so. The individually adjustable and air-conditioned V10-serviced-apartments are generously proportioned and very light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartments are equipped with an elegant LEICHT kitchenette with high-quality GAGGENAU appliances. A dining table, which can also be used as a workplace, is available in the kitchen area. Furthermore, the apartments have a sofa bed in the living area, modern and comfortable box spring beds with a mattress length of 2.10 m in the sleeping area, two 40 inch TV devices, a daylight bathroom with bathtub, a shower as well as a separate WC and an adjacent furnished 11m² terrace. Sufficient storage space is provided by the spacious and illuminated closet in the bedroom, which is also equipped with a safe. The comfort of living is supplemented and completed by the individual murals on the subject of automobiles and racing.

This apartment house does not provide a landlord´s confirmation of residency (WGB). A rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed separately.
