Located in the heart of the European Metropolitan Region of Nuremberg and home to renowned international companies such as Adidas, Puma and the Schaeffler Group, Herzogenaurach´s cosmopolitan reputation precedes it. This makes the friendly town in Middle Franconia the perfect home for the place! It is where shopping outlets meet historic half-timbered houses. Just a short drive away, the trade fair city of Nuremberg, Bavaria´s second-largest city, also offers numerous gastronomic highlights as well as sights ranging from the Christmas Christkindlesmarkt and world-famous Nuremberg Rostbratwuerste (grilled sausages) and Lebkuchen (gingerbread) to the internationally renowned trade fair.

The prices listed are minimum rates that apply per night per apartment for single or double occupancy, including statutory VAT and the broadcasting fee. A third guest is charged EUR 15.00 per night. Stays under 10 nights are bookable on request, for which daily cleaning is provided. The maximum length of stay is 182 nights. Credit card details are required to guarantee the booking. A security deposit of one month´s rent is required at the end of the free cancellation period (by bank transfer or credit card debit). Declarations of cost absorption on the booking company´s business paper can be accepted by prior arrangement and with payment monthly in advance. For stays of four weeks or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued upon request. The property does not accept cats.

General cancellation policy

Stays up to and including 9 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After that and in case of no-show, the first night will be charged at 100 %. An earlier departure must be announced by 6 pm the evening before, otherwise an additional night will be charged.
Stays between 10 and 60 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. After that and in case of no-show, a maximum of 14 nights will be charged. An early departure has to be announced 7 days in advance, at least.
For stays of 61 nights or more, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. After that or in case of no-show, 28 nights will be charged. An early departure has to be announced 14 days in advance, at least.
The following applies to all durations of stay: Should the minimum stay not be adhered to, the rate will be increased retroactively.
