General cancellation policy

Stays up to 6 nights can be canceled free of charge until 12 noon the day before arrival. After that and in case of no-show, 80 % of the booked services will be charged. In case of earlier departure, the booked stay will be charged 100 %. Stays of 7 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the first 14 nights will be charged for bookings up to 59 nights and the first 28 nights for stays of 60 nights or more. In case of earlier departure will be charged up to 100 % of the booked stay.
