General cancellation policy

Stays up to 14 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 3 days prior to arrival. Afterwards or in case of no-show or an early departure 90 % of the booked period will be charged. In case the minimum stay is not reached, the rate increases retroactively.
Stays from 15 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. Afterwards or in case of no-show or an early departure 90 % of the booked period will be charged.
Stays from 31 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. Afterwards or in case of no-show or an early departure 90 % of the first month will be charged. In case the minimum stay is not reached, the rate increases retroactively.
The following applies to all stays: In the event of an earlier departure, 100 % of the booked stay will be charged. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.
