* These prices are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single and double occupancy and include statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. In case of an official residence registration, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guests themselves. The Viennese local tax of 3.2 % is payable in addition. The minimum stay is 14 nights, the maximum length of stay is 365 nights. For stays of 14 nights or more, a deposit of EUR 750.00 is required in advance, refundable after departure. Credit card details are required for each booking to guarantee the booking. Payment is due in advance and for longer stays monthly in advance. Declarations of cost absorption can be accepted by prior arrangement with the inclusion of a credit card. To register with the Viennese authorities, you will receive the required registration form for stays from 14 nights at the reception desk.
