Payment is due in advance and for longer stays monthly in advance. Declarations of cost absorption can be accepted by prior arrangement with the inclusion of a credit card. For stays from 14 nights the aparthotel does provide a landlord's confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required after prior agreement. Dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement.
