The mentioned rates are minimum prices which may vary depending on the length of the booking and the period of stay. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. A second person is charged EUR 20.00 per night for stays of less than 28 nights and EUR 10.00 per night for stays of 28 nights or more. For long-term stays, one month´s rent must be paid before arrival. Further months are due for payment monthly in advance. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be provided on site by prior arrangement for stays of 28 nights or more. The photos are sample images for the time being.

General cancellation policy

Stays of up to 27 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After that and in case of no-show, 90 % of the booked services will be charged. In case of an earlier departure, up to 100 % of the booked stay will be charged. Stays of 28 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of EUR 1,000.00 will be charged. Earlier departure must be announced at least 1 month before the end of the month. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the apartment house reserves the right to retroactively increase the price. Stays of 60 nights or more cannot be cancelled free of charge once a booking has been made. In case of cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of EUR 1,000.00 will be charged. An earlier departure must be announced at least 1 month before the end of the month. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the apartment house reserves the right to retroactively increase the price.
