General cancellation policy

In case of cancellation more than 20 days before arrival a processing fee of EUR 50 including VAT will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 20 but more than 14 days before arrival 30% of the agreed fixed rent for the entire agreed period will be charged. In case of cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival 40% of the agreed fixed rent for the entire agreed period will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 8 days before arrival 50% of the agreed fixed rent for the entire agreed period will be charged.
