In addition to the main building, the Hotel Knorz offers comfortable and spacious apartments at two locations within walking distance (Condos and Hatzels Häuschen). The location not far from Nuremberg and Fuerth makes this apartment house attractive for families as well as business travellers. The serviced apartments are comfortably furnished and ideally suited for longer stays.
The apartments Condo were newly renovated in 2021. The house offers five tiny family apartments, each equipped with 4 to 6 beds.
Every apartement (Condo Ground Floor and Upper Floor) has an fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. Both groundfloor apartments are very spacious and offer up to 6 beds. The main room has a double bed and two bunk beds as well. In a seperate room are two more bunk beds. One of the apartments Condo Upper Floor has an additional balcony. Both bedrooms offer two beds, in one of them you´ll find a bunk bed in the other one a normal double bed.
The apartment Condo Top Floor has up to 6 beds in two seperate rooms, one bedroom has a double and two single beds, the other room offers another double bed.
Hatzels Häuschen has two 2-bedroom-apartments. Both offer a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an own balcony/terrace. Also included are two bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other one a bunk bed. The couch in the living room can be used as a bed as well. In total these apartments offer 7 (ground floor) and 6 beds (first floor).

The prices listed are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per apartment per night for a occupancy up to 4 persons and include the statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. For additional persons EUR 10.00 per person and linen and towel change will be charged. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site by prior arrangement. For stays from 6 months an additional rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed. Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement and with proof of insurance for any damage caused.

General cancellation policy

Stays of up to 29 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that and in case of no-show, 80 % of the booked services will be charged. In the event of an earlier departure, 100 % of the booked stay will be charged. Stays of 30 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation and also in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of the agreed total rate of the first 14 nights will be charged per apartment for a booking of up to 59 nights, for a booking of 60 nights and more the cancellation fee will be the total rate of the first 28 nights. In the event of an earlier departure, up to 100 % of the booked stay will be charged.
