The Hood House is quietly located yet close to the bustle of the shops, restaurants and cafés in a district with high leisure value and nice people. Here, people live, work and celebrate. Here, Hamburg´s green oases - the Alster and the Stadtpark - are both just a walk away. Here, life concepts and cultures mix to create a colourful coexistence. Checking in and feeling at home is also ensured by the interior, which has little in common with a sober hotel standard. The industrial style and brick look of a former publishing house formed the canvas on which hotel designer Sybille von Heiden created private living environments with style, charm and character. High-quality beds, design furniture and luminaires, carpets and wallpaper made exclusively for Hood House, as well as stylish eye-catchers, such as the black lacquered bathroom fittings, characterize the individuality of each of the 148 serviced apartments. Lobby, bar, laundry room, a full-fledged gym and restaurant allow for encounters, retreat and freedom of movement and expand your apartment into a full home – However for one week or six months.

The prices quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per night per apartment for single and double occupancy and include the statutory VAT, broadcasting fees and the City of Hamburg´s culture and tourism tax for private stays. The maximum stay is 179 nights. 50 % of the first month´s rent is due for payment 6 days before arrival, further months will be invoiced in advance. A landlord´s confirmation of residence cannot be issued. Dogs are welcome in selected apartments by prior arrangement, cats are not accepted.

General cancellation policy

Stays between 7 and 14 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After that and in case of no-show, 100 % of the first 3 nights will be charged. After moving in, an earlier departure is possible free of charge if this is announced at least 3 days in advance by 11 am. After this deadline, 100 % of the last 3 nights will be charged. Stays between 15 and 28 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 days before arrival. After that and in case of no-show, 100 % of the first 8 nights will be charged. After check-in, an earlier departure is possible free of charge, if this is announced at least 8 days in advance by 11 am. After this deadline, 100 % of the last 8 nights will be charged. Stays of 29 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. After that and in case of no-show, 100 % of the first 14 nights will be charged. After check-in, an earlier departure is possible free of charge if this is announced at least 14 days in advance by 11 am. After this deadline, 100 % of the last 14 nights will be charged. The following applies to all stays: If the minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.
