General cancellation policy

Stays from 15 to 29 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 70 % of the booked services will be charged. Earlier departure must be announced at least 24 hours in advance. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively. Stays of 30 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation and no-shows, 100 % of the first 28 nights will be charged.
