Cancellation policy

Stays of up to 7 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 pm on the day of arrival. Later cancellations or changes will be charged with 90 % of the booked services. In case of no-show, 95 % of the booked services will be charged. In case of an earlier departure, the booked stay will be charged up to 100 %.

Stays of 8 to 30 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Later cancellations or changes will be charged with 80 % of the booked services. In case of no-show, 90 % of the booked services will be charged. In case of an earlier departure, the booked stay will be charged with up to 100 %.

Stays of 31 nights or more can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival. Later cancellations or changes will be charged at 100 % of the first 14 nights for stays up to 59 nights and at 100 % of the first 28 nights for stays of 60 nights or more. In case of no-show, 90 % of the booked services will be charged. In case of an earlier departure, the booked stay will be charged up to 100 %.
