General cancellation policy

For stays up to 6 nights a free cancellation ist possible up to 1 day prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation, no-show or earlier departure, 100 % of the booked period will be charged. For stays of 7 nights or more, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, 100 % of 1 month´s rent will be charged. In case of an earlier departure up to 100 % of a further monthly rent will be charged. If the minimum stay is not reached, the rate increases retroactively.
