Rates are minimum rates and valid per apartment per night including statutory VAT and excluding City Tax for private stays. Business stays must be proven in advance. Minimum stay 3 nights, for Family Suite Deluxe 60 nights. During trade fair and event periods higher rates may apply. For stays longer than 29 nights a cleaning every second week is included. A deposit of EUR 1,200.00 has to be paid in advance by bank transfer, refundable after departure. For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required. In case of registration with the Berlin authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guest himself, this also applies to longer stays of 6 months or more.

General cancellation policy

A cancellation free of charge is not possible after booking conclusion. In case of cancellation prior to arrival 50 % of the first monthly rate will be charged. After move in an earlier departure will be possible free of charge to the end of the following month. In case the minimum stay will not be reached, the rate increases retroactively.
