The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per apartment per night for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. An additional EUR 10.00 per night is charged for a second person. For private stays, the overnight stay tax of the city of Freiburg of 5 % is to be paid additionally. Business stays are exempt from this tax if appropriate proof is provided in advance. The minimum stay is 2 nights, the maximum stay 182 nights. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site.

General cancellation policy

Stays up to 6 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After that, in case of no-show or earlier departure, 100 % of the booked stay will be charged. Stays between 7 and 28 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged 80 % of the booked stay. In case of earlier departure, 80 % of the remaining period of the originally booked stay will be charged. Stays of 29 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations and no-shows, 100 % of the first month will be charged. In case of earlier departure, 70 % of the remaining period of the originally booked stay will be charged.
