The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per apartment for 28 nights with single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. For further persons an additional charge of EUR 100.00 per person for each 28 nights will be added. On arrival a valid credit card as well as an identification document have to be presented. Shorter stays can be booked on request and subject to availability. A confirmation from the landlord cannot be issued in this apartment house.

General cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. After that and in case of no-show 50 % of the booked stay will be charged. In case of an earlier departure, 14 following nights will be charged at 100 %. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.
