General cancellation policy

For stays of up to 30 nights, a free cancellation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 100 % of 7 nights will be charged. For stays of 30 nights or more, a free cancellation is possible up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 100 % of 14 nights will be charged. For stays of 60 nights or more, a free cancellation is possible up to 30 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 100 % of 30 nights will be charged. If the minimum stay is not reached, the rate increases retroactively.
