General cancellation policy

For stays of 1 to 3 nights a cancellation is free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. For stays of 4 to 9 nights this is possible until 12 am on the day of arrival. For stays between 10 to 90 nights the cancellation must be made up to 3 days prior to arrival until 12 am. For stays from 91 nights a cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival until 12 am in order to remain free of charge. If these limits are exceeded or in case of a no-show, ADAGIO is entitled to charge for a stay up to 3 nights the rate for 1 night or for stays of 4 to 9 nights the rate for 2 nights . For stays longer than 10 nights, the deposit paid at the time may be withheld. The amount of the deposit depends on length of stay and corresponds for stays of 10 to 27 nights to the fee of the first 4 nights. At 28 to 90 nights, the deposit amount is equal to the price for the first 6 nights and for stays over 91 nights equal to the fee for the first 15 nights.
