General cancellation policy

A cancellation free of charge is possible until 7 days prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-showl 80 % of the booked period will be charged. In case of an earlier departure up to 100 % of the booked period will be invoiced. No free cancellation is possible during trade fairs and 100 % of the booked period must be paid in advance. Valid credit card details are required to guarantee the booking.
