Where are the serviced apartments, which Apartmentservice offers?

We are THE specialist for Germany. Online you will find our partner houses in 17 German cities. In addition, we offer a global service in 19 international destinations. We are constantly expanding our offer for you.

Are there proven quality standards, which can give me a guideline?

Yes! In 2005 we launched with the TÜV Rheinland the first official certification system for serviced apartments. More and more houses get their quality certified. These houses are marked accordingly.

What do I get for my money?

In a serviced apartment you get „the best of both worlds“: more space and privacy than in a hotel room as well as more comfort and booking flexibility than in a holiday flat. Services (such as laundry, breakfast or cleaning service) you can book individually in a modular system as needed.

Is there a minimum length for my stay?

Only in very few exceptional cases. Usually you can book the apartments as of one night.

Breakfast, housekeeping & Co – Which services can I expect?

There is a variety of services depending on the concept of the house. Among them are the cleaning of the apartments, breakfast and shopping service, laundry service and much more. You decide for yourself whether you would like to use these services.

Can I speak with a reservation agent about my booking?

Certainly! If you would like to book longer stays, a member of our reservation service will be pleased to advise and help you. Bookings for less than a week you can, for some houses, make online by yourself.

Which information and documents do I need to place a booking?

Everything is very simple: the booking will be made in writing. We need your full contact information (name and address) and credit card number to guarantee the reservation. We ask companies for a credit card security or cost over declaration.

How is the booking procedure?

Send us your completed booking form by fax or e-mail. We will place the booking in our partner house and send you shortly a booking confirmation with all relevant information on check-in and check-out and the contact details of the house.

What are your cancellation policies?

The cancellation conditions are controlled individually by the partner houses. You can check all details on the relevant partner profile or on your booking confirmation.

What do I need to check in?

Please print out your confirmation and bring it along to the check-in.

When and where do I pay my accommodation?

You pay directly in the apartment house. In general the payment is due at check-in. If you do not have a credit card, prepayments may occur. Detailed information can be found in the reservation confirmation. For stays of several months the payment will be made at the beginning of each month.
