The 63 modern studios impress with luxury and modern flamboyance: With its innovative style, a tasteful furnishing and a pleasant atmosphere the house invites its guests into a world full of cosiness, sensualism and harmony. Right in the middle of Berlin, on the pulse of the city, the GOODMAN'S LIVING is located near to Schloss Charlottenburg, the ICC fairground and the legendary shopping street Kurfurstendamm. It is an ideal base for explorations of the city.

Sexy Single, Happy Couple, Cosy Corner or Sun Deck – already the studio names promise an unforgettable living experience. The serviced apartments are between 24 and 46 sqm. They offer a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, an induction cooker and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living and sleeping area are equipped just as comfortable: a working desk or eating place, flatscreen-TV, BlueRay Player, a big cozy armchair, telephone next to the bed, wireless LAN, air-conditioning and a queen size bed with separated matresses as well as a spacious bathroom with either shower or bathtub and a separate lavatory are granted in the GOODMAN'S LIVING.

During shortterm stays, overnights cost from 94 Euro per serviced apartment, longterm stays in one of the studios can be booked starting at 64 Euro per night.
