About Apartmentservice

The Apartmentservice is the largest independent platform for serviced apartments in Germany. The company presents and reserves more than 11.000 apartments in approximately 120 destinations all over Germany and worldwide.

The platform www.apartmentservice.de is operated by Boardinghouse Consulting. The company complements the marketing for serviced apartments perfectly through the strategic consulting of investors and (potential) operators in this special segment. New developments as well as analysis and support are in the focus of the consultancy contracts. Among the services of the company are suitability analysis, market potential analysis and concept development as well as economic analysis and vulnerability analysis. The constant observation of the market and the daily contact to our customers is the foundation of the successful consulting business of Boardinghouse Consulting. Through the intelligent combination of guidance of providers and service for the customers, the company has a uniquely quick and comprehensive view on the market and recognizes any development - long before any statistical data is available.

Apartmentservice was launched in 2001 by the Berlin Bachelor of Arts (BA) Anett Gregorius. The platform is an additional service of Boardinghouse Consulting, the mother company that was founded two years earlier.

2012	Apartmentservice offers more than 11,000 apartments worldwide.
2011	Apartmentservice turns 10 - currently, more than 8.000 apartments are available in Germany and worldwide. The anniversary catalogue is published; the Website has undergone a complete relaunch
2010	Apartmentservice cooperates with Excellent Business Center, a leading operator for quality-oriented business centres in Germany
2009	All national and international houses are centrally offered on www.apartmentservice.de
2008	Apartmentservice looks to its neighbour: In the current catalogue, more than 50 partners worldwide are represented. For the first time, apartments in Austria are among them
2007	Start of the exclusive cooperation with DERTOUR for city apartments in German metropolises
2005	Apartmentservice goes international: relaunch of www.apartmentservice-international.com with about 800 apartments in 19 countries
2005	Apartmentservice begins a cooperation with www.business-travel.de
2005	Apartmentservice, in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland, provides the first - and until today the only - official certification system for the classification of serviced apartments
2004	An extensive customer survey forms the foundation for building a system for quality rating of serviced apartments
2002	The first partner house meeting in Berlin is the beginning of a regular forum for the exchange of experiences within the niche segment
2002	The print catalogue with 24 houses in eleven German cities is released for the first time and from now on will be updated and extended every year
2001	The brand Apartmentservice is introduced. Relaunch and renaming of the internet platform into www.apartmentservice.de. Siemens AG cooperates with Apartmentservice. Due to the implementation of the intranet, the worldwide 400.000 Siemens-employees have access to the serviced apartments
1999	Anett Gregorius founds Boardinghouse Consulting and develops the internet platform www.boardinghouse.de with about 30 houses
